I have always booked my own holidays but this years was very special. I met Julie who seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. She made so many great suggestions and had some brilliant ideas so we asked Julie to plan our trip. We could not have been happier with the service she provided – such expertise and attention to detail and she saved us so much money ! Our holiday was amazing I cannot recommend her highly enough and will be using her again.

Dear Julie
Wishing you great success in your new venture. We are both very relieved that you are not retiring from the holiday industry!
You have arranged some very varied holidays for us over many years, including our first cruise and more since as well as several long weekends in different parts of the country and overseas. These have all been excellent and a memorable success.
Thank you so much for all the work you have put in to each of them.
We are looking forward to our 2 new destinations in 2019 and know they will be most enjoyable.
Once again, many thanks for your efforts and good luck

We have used Julie for our last five family holidays.
These have mainly been worldwide family adventure holidays, which with Julies expert knowledge and guidance have been enjoyed by all of our family.

Just wanted to say thank you for booking our flights and accommodation in Venice. The hotel’s location was perfect for us, quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the waterbus stop or to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. We had lovely sunshine every day and even squeezed in a day trip to Verona.
Thanks again
Rachel

The attention you give to the smallest details can make all the difference to the ultimate enjoyment of the holiday and you deal with everything so efficiently and with such a pleasant manner.
Although you must have many clients on your list who use your services for booking holidays, we always feel you give a lot of time and trouble to our enquiries and as a result it feels a very personal service. We look forward to our holidays with confidence with the knowledge that you have done everything possible to ensure it goes smoothly.
Best wishes.

Hi Julie
I just wanted to say a big thank you for organising our holiday to Lake Garda. It was so pretty and all worked well with travel etc. weather was hot at 30c and we travelled around quite a lot plus we got up to the top of the lake visiting Malcesine and got the cable car to Monte Blanc.
So beautiful everywhere.
Thank you

Hi Julie Just to say that we had a wonderful time in Lanzarote – thank you for all your help. Everything went smoothly – hotel great, transfers, flights all good. Very best wishes Beanie
Hi Julie It was absolutely brilliant. Everything was perfect – thank you. I booked our space in the Ashford station car park, as suggested by you. Arrived there rather nervous, but so easy and straight in. Our Eurostar was on time and before we knew it we were in France, spinning through the countryside, Harriet in the window seat, staring out and lapping up the French countryside. A couple of days before the trip, my niece advised that I downloaded the Uber app, which I did, so on arrival in Paris, I had a go at ordering a taxi and 5 minutes later a professional looking French lady arrived and drove us to our hotel. All very simple and efficient. The hotel looked lovely and presentable from the outside and friendly reception desk, good english speaking gentleman behind the desk. We were able to check in and leave our bags in a safe rooms before launching out onto the street to do some exploring. The location of the hotel Julie was top notch. It was so perfect for us. About 5 minutes walk away was the Arc de Triumph, which looked spectacular as we approached it. Before we knew it we queued for about 2 minutes, got our tickets and walked up the stairs to the top where we saw the most incredible view down The Champs Elysee, over to Sacre Coeur and the Eiffer Tower. It was a beautiful day and we could see for miles. We then went down the Champs Elysee, where we had lunch, walked to the Place de la Condorde, through the Jardins des Tuilleries and to the Louvre. It was such a beautiful day and we just walked and walked. We then popped into the Louvre and saw the Mona Lisa – so that is now ticked off our bucket list!!. Exhausted we staggered to the nearest Metro and bought a book of 10 tickets and got off at Charles de Gaulle stop and tottered back to our hotel arriving at about 5pm. We were exhausted but exhilarated from a wonderful first day. When we arrived at the hotel they were in the middle of providing the free tea!! Glass of wine, or juice – obviously I was gasping by that stage and had the Rose. Cakes x 2, donuts, tarts x 2, sweet treats, crisps, fruit, tea, coffee etc. Very pleasant and very welcome and a jolly nice touch by the hotel. We then went to our room for the first time – I was hoping it was not going to be a disappointment. Fantastic! Lovely and spacious, two fabulously comfortable twin beds, lovely crisp bed linen, great bathroom. And the piece de resistance – a helium balloon with happy birthday Harriet written on it, attached to a little package of macaroons and cake. Harriet was delighted, and so was I. The macaroons were delicious! We had a little rest and then later went out and ate virtually next door at a rustic Italian restaurant. No frills, but good food run by typically French men!! We then walked back to Champs Elysee which was still buzzing and pottered round then back up to Arc de Truimph which looked beautiful lit up against the night sky. We slept very well that night. Up with the lark the next day as I had booked a tour. Down to breakfast, which was incredible -virtually every thing you could think of. It was enormous. I had smoked salmon and wonderful scrambled eggs along with fresh french bread. Followed by a croissant! What a pig! There were fresh meats, cheeses, yogurts, fried breakfast, pastries, salads – the selection was incredible. Hats off to you Julie for this hotel recommendation, it was superb for us. So we set off again on foot, up to Arc de Triumph to catch the metro to Eiffel Tower. But when we got there all the roads and metro was closed as it was Saturday morning and they had closed everything off because of the Yellow Jacket demonstrations. We did not see anything but it was a little unnerving all the same. So we walked to the Eiffel Tower, which was only about 20 minutes away, which in a way was much nicer anyway. Harriet was so excited as this is what she has alway wanted to see. Our tour guide was great. The company was called ParisTour1. We went right up to the Summit, which was terrifingly high but incredible. It was great to have a guide and learn a lot about the Eifflel tower. We then had a boat trip down the Seine, which was beautiful. The sun was shining and it was just perfect. We went past the Notre Dame up to the next bridge and then docked on the other side of Ile de la Cite. We then walked Notre Dame and had a really informative tour with our lovely tour guide. Little did we know, about 10 days later, it would all be destroyed by a terrible fire. The Notre Dame was probably the highlight of my trip so I feel very lucky that I experience it just in time. On Sunday we went to Bastille and experience the huge market there which was super. We bought lots of presents to take home and I bought Harriet a lovely handmade necklace which she was very pleased with. We then went to Montmartre and up to Sacre Couer – having mastered the Metro now! The only downside was the queues at Eurostar to come home. There was a problem with French customs so enormous queues and delays to get home. Having said that we only ended up being 20 mins late. All in all it was the most fantastic trip. You were so right to get us there early on the Friday and stay late on sunday. We really made the most of it and it was 3 great days in Paris which neither of us will ever forget. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Wonderful location, fantastic breakfast with the added bonus of a free tea, friendly staff and good rooms. Well done Julie and thank you so much for making it such a memorable long weekend for us. With best wishes Victoria
Thank you so much for being your usual efficient self and taking care of our boarding passes and for delivering them. I have a “to do” list as long as my arm before we leave for Gatwick and the Sofitel this afternoon, and it has taken away the stress of another chore!

Dear Julie, Nearly back at Calais now after a wonderful trip in France. The hotel outside Paris was great ; We had a great time in Paris. The gite in Puy L’Eveque really was fantastic- the owners live next door and were so helpful. We kayaked and swam every day in the river. There are some most beautiful villages to visit. We also did a tree tops course. So a big thank you for finding these and for such efficiency. I will definitely recommend you and this gite. Best wishes, Claire D
Hi Julie,
Our holiday in Cala D’or was truly splendid. All of the arrangements you made for us worked perfectly; the Melia Boutique Hotel was extremely well appointed and in an ideal situation for us (quiet but only a few minutes stroll to the centre, beaches and marina); the weather with temperatures ranging from 22 – 27 degrees suited us well.
Thank you for making all of the arrangements; we must start thinking about next year before long.
Kind regards
Tony
Hi Julie
Happy New Year to you!
This is very belated thank you for arranging our trip to Barcelona last August.
You get 10 out of 10. It was fantastic!
The flights, timings of and the checking in done by you was brilliant. All ran smoothly. We caught a taxi at the airport and arrived at apartment block full of trepidation. Well there was no need to worry. It was modern, clean, good size bedrooms (two doubles) a good bathroom, good size kitchen area, comfortable seating area, good table and chairs and a wonderful balcony with table and chairs. Good air conditioning and good wardrobe space. Below us was a tapas restaurant, popular but not upmarket. There was also a new Mexican restaurant above it.- good too. Opposite us were two fabulous bakeries where we got our breakfast from every morning. Absolutely delicious. There was also a fresh food market directly opposite with great veg, fish and meat. Just round the corner, 2 mins walk was a large supermarket for your every day essentials. The apartment was set back from the road by a wide pavement area of about 100ft so traffic noise at night was not an issue. Also in this area was the entrance to the Metro – so it was literally right on our door step. Getting around was so easy with our book of tickets which again were easy to buy from the machines.
We saw all the typical tourists sights which my mother and girls loved. We tended to get an early start in the mornings due to the heat, then stop for lunch out or come back for lunch then a little siesta before popping out again in the late afternoon. We went to see a Flamenco show one evening which was brilliant.
It was a wonderful trip and I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND the apartment you booked for us. It suited our needs perfectly and for any other family looking for great self catering accommodation with easy access via Metro to the city centre it is fantastic.
Thank you so much for organising this trip for us and I hope it won’t be too long before we are able to go away again.
With many thanks and best wishes
Victoria
